  • Spearheaded selection, C-level executive buy-in, and implementation of a new social media publishing, reporting, listening, and employee advocacy tool for 5,000 employees

Case Studies

Content strategy and deliverable production for TIBCO NOW 2020

In 2020, I coordinated the content strategy and deliverables for the TIBCO NOW 2020 user conference. I: 

  • Collaborated across different marketing teams to coordinate the production of pre-event, real-time, and post-event content.  

  • Wrote and published 12 blogs, including 3 real-time event recaps.

  • Worked with the events team to execute other content deliverables: social media copy, email nurture streams, and landing page copy to promote the event.

Content strategy for Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport F1 partnership

TIBCO was a partner of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport F1 team. I was the lead content strategist on the campaign, where I: 

  • Wrote 3 case studies on how the team used our solution, helping the Voice of the Customer team formulate questions based on sporting trends.

  • Wrote 12 blogs throughout the season, highlighting the team, partnership, and technology

  • Collaborated with events and social team to develop creative concepts to engage employees and followers
