I build the content and communications infrastructure that makes experts and brands visible, consistent, and ready to grow.
The S3 Framework
Every engagement I run is built on the S3 Framework: a three-layer methodology that moves from the foundation of what a brand stands for to the operations that keep it showing up consistently.
Most brand and content work treats these as separate problems. S3 treats them as a single causal chain. You don't get a coherent strategy without a clear story. You don't get consistent execution without a system built to support it.
-
Story is the foundation. Before anything else, we establish what your brand actually stands for and why it matters to the people you're trying to reach. That means getting your Product Story, Founder Story, and Vision Story working together as a unified narrative — not three separate documents that live in different folders and never talk to each other.
Story governs everything downstream. If it's weak, fragmented, or unresolved, nothing built on top of it holds.
-
Strategy is how that story reaches the right audiences across the right channels. The S3 Framework maps strategy across five audience families — Content, Comms, Creator, Audience, and Revenue — so every channel, format, and campaign traces back to a clear audience intent and a defined business outcome.
This is where most brands break down. They produce content for the channel, not the audience. They run campaigns that don't connect to each other. They brief agencies without a strategic foundation to brief against. Strategy fixes that by giving every piece of content a place in a larger, connected ecosystem.
-
System is what makes the strategy run without you rebuilding it every month. The operations layer covers the workflows, briefs, templates, publishing cadence, quality standards, tone and voice documentation, and asset management that keep output high and standards consistent. The contributor ecosystem defines who produces what and how they plug into the machine.
Without a system, even the best strategy degrades. System is what turns a content program into a compounding asset.Item description
How to Work With Me
For Brands
For teams and organizations building content that needs to hold together at scale.
Your team is producing content across a dozen touchpoints with no throughline connecting what marketing makes, what your executives say, and what your customers experience. We build the story, the strategy, and the operating system that holds it all under one coherent voice.
For Creators
For the knowledge-driven creator building their own media presence.
You have the expertise. What's missing is the editorial infrastructure that turns it into something that compounds instead of evaporates into another post. We build your point of view, the channel it lives on, and the system that runs it without asking for twenty hours a week you don't have.

FAQs
-
My consulting practice is built for growth-stage B2B companies — typically Series A to B — that are producing content but not seeing it compound into authority or pipeline. The clearest signal that we're a fit: you're working with an agency and getting subpar results because there's no strategic foundation to brief against. I also take on advisory work with self-funded founders navigating positioning decisions before they're ready for a full build.
-
The Operating Audit is a fixed-scope project. The Content OS Sprint is scoped based on the specific modules we build together. The Operating Standard is a retainer engagement. Advisory is custom based on scope. Reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense for your stage and goals.
-
The Audit runs three to four weeks. The Build runs four to eight weeks, depending on scope. A fractional engagement requires a minimum of 6 months. Advisory is flexible by design.
-
Yes, I offer one-time strategy sessions and “office hours”, hourly consulting sessions.
Strategy sessions are one-time 1:1 strategy sessions geared toward small businesses, creators, and freelance creatives to help with content strategy, marketing, or development.
Office Hours are 60-minute consulting calls that offer broad strategic advice for your media business or content program.
-
We'll have 60-minute weekly calls to align on priorities, review work, and run working sessions. Between calls we operate async over email, Slack, and Loom. Progress is tracked in a shared project management tool and everything we build is integrated with your existing marketing and sales infrastructure.
-
A fully installed content and communications infrastructure. That means a clear narrative foundation, a strategy mapped to your audiences and channels, a documented operating model your team can run, and a roadmap for what comes next.
-
Three to five hours per week for working sessions and alignment. The biggest lift is in the early phases when we're diagnosing and defining. After that the process stabilizes and the time commitment drops.
-
Month one: narrative clarity and strategic direction. Month two: the system is installed and running. Month three: content is activated and early momentum is visible. Full compounding results take six to twelve months from system installation, assuming consistent execution.
-
I support initial content activation as part of the project. High-volume ongoing production is not part of the core build. I'm the brain, not the hands — the engagement is designed to build the infrastructure that makes the hands more effective, whether that's your internal team, an agency, or a mix of both.
